微风之城，深圳/建筑

深圳湾超级总部位于深圳湾地区的中心位置，也是深港西部通道从深圳湾口回望深圳的视觉焦点。周边汇聚了深港西部通道口岸，轨道2，9，11 号线等重要交通资源, 以及深圳湾公园，红树林保护区，华侨城内湖湿地，华侨城主题景区等生态景观和旅游休闲资源，西侧紧邻深圳高新技术园区是深圳高科技创意产业的孵化地。

 

Shenzhen Bay super headquarters is located in the center of Shenzhen Bay area, and it is also the visual focus of Shenzhen Hong Kong Western channel looking back at Shenzhen from the entrance of Shenzhen Bay. It is surrounded by important transportation resources such as Shenzhen Hong Kong Western Corridor port, rail lines 2, 9 and 11, as well as ecological landscapes and tourism and leisure resources such as Shenzhen Bay Park, mangrove reserve, Oct Inner Lake wetland, Oct theme scenic spot, etc. the west side is close to Shenzhen high tech Park, which is the incubator of Shenzhen's high-tech creative industries.

 

 

基于深圳独特的亚热带海洋性气候和风环境，本设计打造了一个自然生态的新型城市示范中心，重新思考自然环境，公共空间和高层塔楼之间的联系和互动。超级城市的主轴线设计成绿色植被和水系覆盖的立体中央公园，强调生态与人文的本质回归。中央公园在城市肌理上竖向联系了深圳湾与华侨城内湖湿地，完美结合了城市与绿地，堪比纽约心脏曼哈顿。

 

Based on the unique subtropical marine climate and wind environment in Shenzhen, this design creates a new urban demonstration center with natural ecology, rethinking the connection and interaction between the natural environment, public space and high-rise towers. The main axis of the super city is designed as a three-dimensional central park covered by green vegetation and water systems, emphasizing the essential return of ecology and humanities. In terms of urban texture, the Central Park vertically connects Shenzhen Bay and the inner lake wetland of OCT, perfectly combines the city and green space, and is comparable to Manhattan in the heart of New York.

 

 

微风之城致力于环境和系统的设计，注重城市肌理的连续性。公园在形式上通过伸展，变形，盘旋，创造了高层之间的公共广场和人行空间，并成为建筑立面的一部分。公园是建筑在水平面上的伸展，建筑是公园在竖向空间的拔升。公园和建筑的形态支配环境与风的良好互动。起伏的地形在公园内部创造了很多舒适的休憩空间，同时将风很好的引入建筑内部，形成自然通风的效果。

 

Breeze City devotes itself to the design of environment and system, and pays attention to the continuity of urban texture. In form, the park creates a public square and pedestrian space between high-rise buildings through extension, deformation and circling, and becomes a part of the building facade. The park is the extension of the building on the horizontal plane, and the building is the uplift of the park in the vertical space. The form of parks and buildings dominates the good interaction between the environment and the wind. The undulating terrain creates a lot of comfortable rest spaces in the park. At the same time, the wind is well introduced into the building to form a natural ventilation effect. 

 

 

设计在考虑风环境的同时，也关注了日照，温度，湿度以及视线等其他的环境因素，并针对建筑形态在复合环境参数下进行了整体优化，打造低碳自给自足可持续发展的城市系统。微风之城希望能让人们在城市的中心呼吸到乡村一般清新的空气，时时刻刻都能享受到舒爽的拂面微风。

 

While considering the wind environment, the design also pays attention to other environmental factors such as sunshine, temperature, humidity and line of sight, and makes overall optimization for the architectural form under the compound environmental parameters, so as to create a low-carbon, self-sufficient and sustainable urban system. The city of breeze hopes that people can breathe the fresh air of the countryside in the center of the city and enjoy the comfortable breeze all the time.
