本案位于天津，面积85㎡，业主为一对年轻夫妇，未来三年内不考虑宝宝。要求各空间区域在平面布局上有亮点呈现。设计师为居者打造的是一处轻松简约的家庭居所，轻盈与沉稳联结了居者的气质。简单的黑白灰在其中温柔延展，岁月静好，寄居于明媚的阳光下，让人有种源于广博自然的平凡、温存与恬静。

This case is located in Tianjin, covering an area of 85 ㎡. The owner is a young couple. The baby will not be considered in the next three years. Each space area is required to have highlights on the plane layout. What the designer creates for the residents is a relaxed and simple family residence. Lightness and calmness connect the residents' temperament. Simple black, white and grey are gently extended in it. The years are quiet and good. Living in the bright sunshine, people have a kind of commonness, tenderness and tranquility derived from the broad nature.

厨房的互通，在尺度视野上也得到了拉伸与拓展。与此同时，巧妙运用动线感，延续了空间的延展性和开放性。

The interoperability of kitchens has also been stretched and expanded in terms of scale vision. At the same time, the ingenious use of dynamic sense has continued the ductility and openness of space.

U型操作台构架了流畅的烹饪动线，而足够的收纳空间才能让厨房在小巧玲珑的同时保持井然有序，彰显独有的精致整洁。

The U-shaped operation platform has a smooth cooking line, and sufficient storage space can keep the kitchen in order while being small and exquisite, showing its unique delicacy and tidiness.

卫生间采用了质感极佳的水磨石铺面，细节处理十分精细，与黄铜吊灯的经典搭配，显得极为优雅。

The bathroom adopts terrazzo pavement with excellent texture. The details are handled very carefully. It looks very elegant with the classic matching of brass chandeliers.

卧室作为休憩的场所，因不同居者的属性而拥有不同的布置与个性。主卧的设置，颇具质感，格调开阔，大柜体结构的收纳布置，为居者提供了合理实用的私密空间。

As a place to rest, the bedroom has different layout and personality due to the attributes of non cohabitants. The setting of the master bedroom is quite textured and open. The storage layout of the large cabinet structure provides a reasonable and practical private space for residents.

书房与客卧的巧妙连接，让两个不同的功能区自然融合。在纷扰嘈杂的都市，让身体与心灵有一处安放之地。

The ingenious connection between the study and the guest bedroom allows the natural integration of two different functional areas. In the noisy city, let the body and mind have a place to put.

如果说原始客厅空间宛如一首沉闷庸常的钢琴曲，那么让它变为一首让人流连的天籁，便是设计师和居者的不懈追求。客厅中心的黑色沙发则是钢琴音键上必不可少的黑键，声音深邃，让人回味无穷。背后的灰色清水，配以黑色乳胶漆，宛如交织的变奏曲，真正诠释着简约的纯粹。

If the original living room space is like a dull piano music, it is the unremitting pursuit of designers and residents to turn it into a lingering sound of nature. The black sofa in the center of the living room is the indispensable black key on the piano sound key. The sound is deep and memorable. The grey clear water behind, coupled with black emulsion paint, is like an interwoven variation, which truly interprets the simplicity and purity.

落地窗外照射的阳光，用大自然的音律诠释着空间的无限可能性。光的光明，也有希望的寓意，往往是设计中最值得期待的一部分。

The sunshine outside the landing window interprets the infinite possibility of space with the rhythm of nature. The brightness of light, which also has the meaning of hope, is often the most anticipated part of the design.

半开放式格局连结餐厨区，打破了区域之间的距离感，在流动之间实现自由。用卡座节省了空间，简约的座椅搭配餐桌和优雅的墙面挂画，挂画的一抹脏橘色，是空间目光所及的少数跳脱色彩，却足以表现日常的趣味和审美。

The semi open pattern connects the kitchen area, breaking the sense of distance between regions and realizing freedom between flows. The use of the card seat saves space. The simple seat is matched with the dining table and the elegant wall hanging picture. The dirty orange color of the hanging picture is one of the few jumping colors within the space vision, but it is enough to express the daily interest and aesthetics.

客房也延续了整体空间的简洁明朗。长虹玻璃门将客房内外紧密相连，既保有一定的私密感，又让光线能够充分流动。

The guest room also continues the simplicity and clarity of the overall space. Changhong glass door connects the inside and outside of the guest room closely, which not only keeps a certain sense of privacy, but also allows the light to flow fully.

在整个方案中，设计师对原空间布局进行了大胆且前卫的改造，以全局着眼，兼顾多个要素，数个设计彼此呼应、互补、联动，每一处改动都不是无的放矢，背后常有一个甚至多个的含义和作用，使得最终的设计有惊人的完成度和舒适度。

In the whole scheme, the designer has boldly and Avantgarde transformed the original spatial layout, with an overall view, taking into account multiple elements. Several designs echo, complement and interact with each other. Each change is not aimless, and there are often one or more meanings and functions behind it, which makes the final design have an amazing degree of completion and comfort.
