项目总用地面积为280亩，该医院按三级甲等医院500张病床规模设计。由门诊楼、外科住院大楼、内科住院大楼、医技大楼、后勤保障大楼、行政楼、康复治疗及保健、疗养中心、职工住房等用房组成。

The total land area of the project is 280 acres, and the hospital is designed according to the scale of 500 beds in a tertiary first-class hospital. It consists of outpatient building, surgical inpatient building, internal medicine inpatient building, medical technology building, logistics support building, administrative building, rehabilitation treatment and health care, rehabilitation center, employee housing, and other buildings.

总建筑面积为41500平方米，建筑密度为22.2%，容积率0.62，总绿地面积为25000平方米，绿地率为13.4%，停车位为250个。总投资15214.88万元，环保投资280万元，占总投资的1.8%。

设计理念

Design concept

1.以病人为中心

技术设计环绕为病人服务这一中心，努力为患者提供舒适、方便、安全、卫生的医疗环境。重视环境绿化。室外以绿化环绕主建筑，建筑物之间形成绿化内庭院。大厅辅以色彩分区，色彩灯光诱导图标，无障碍设计等。无论从大的空间到局部细节，处处体现以人为本，以病人为中心的根本设计思想。

1. Patient centered

The technical design revolves around the center of serving patients, striving to provide them with a comfortable, convenient, safe, and hygienic medical environment. Pay attention to environmental greening. The main building is surrounded by greenery outdoors, and a green inner courtyard is formed between the buildings. The hall is complemented by color zoning, color lighting guidance icons, and accessible design. From large spaces to local details, the fundamental design philosophy of putting people first and putting patients at the center is reflected everywhere.

2.明确功能分区，规划医疗流程

根据院区现有设施情况，采用开敞式的布局方式。明确功能分区，合理规划医疗流程。

2. Clarify functional zoning and plan medical processes

According to the existing facilities in the courtyard, an open layout is adopted. Clear functional zoning and reasonable planning of medical processes.

理顺区域之间的关系，如门急诊与医技部、手术部的关系，以及医疗部门与后勤保障部门之间的关系。确定院区各个出入口的位置，院区内的交通流线、景观、绿化区域等。做到布局紧凑，空间宜人，流线明确，优美的室内外景观，形成都市中心花园式医院，为病人提供舒适的医疗环境。

本工程处于21世纪开端，技术设计中无论从总体布局到各功能科室局部，都立足于充分吸收国内外现代医院建筑设计的新概念与布局，选用经实践使用证明切实可行的新技术。
