Project Overview:

湄洲岛度假酒店位于位于国家级风景名胜地湄洲岛牛头尾村，基地东、南面紧临大海，有绵延四百米的海岸线和两百多米的海景沙滩。基地西面为是环岛路，隔路紧临妈祖碑林景区及妈祖公园，妈祖神像屹立于基地西向妈祖庙景区，拥有着得天独厚的自然景观和人文景观。

Meizhou Island Resort Hotel is located in Niutouwei Village, a national scenic spot on Meizhou Island. The base is adjacent to the sea to the east and south, with a coastline of 400 meters and a sea view beach of over 200 meters. To the west of the base is Huandao Road, next to Mazu Stele Forest Scenic Spot and Mazu Park. The statue of Mazu stands in the Mazu Temple Scenic Spot to the west of the base, with unique natural landscape and cultural landscape.

本项目拟建酒店主楼、附楼、客房楼和若干豪华度假别墅地上3层，地下2层，总建筑面积30432平方米，共设客房213间套。该酒店按国际五星级标准进行设计，集住宿、餐饮、会议、休闲、娱乐等功能于一体。建成后将成为岛上地标性建筑和重要的对台交流及接待窗口。

The proposed hotel main building, annex building, guest room building, and several luxury vacation villas in this project have 3 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, with a total construction area of 30432 square meters and a total of 213 guest room sets. The hotel is designed according to international five-star standards and integrates functions such as accommodation, catering, conferences, leisure, and entertainment. After completion, it will become a landmark building on the island and an important window for communication and reception with Taiwan.

总体规划以“景观”为核心，充分利用基地得天独厚的自然及人文景观资源，并结合地形地貌进行合理布局，突出人与建筑、环境的和谐。建筑设计强调“设计服务于酒店经营和发展”的原则,以缔造酒店的生命力，注重实用性、经济性与建筑艺术、空间、环境品质相结合。

The overall plan focuses on "landscape", fully utilizing the unique natural and cultural landscape resources of the base, and combining the terrain and topography for reasonable layout, highlighting the harmony between people, buildings, and the environment. Architectural design emphasizes the principle of "design serves hotel operation and development", in order to create the vitality of the hotel, and emphasizes the combination of practicality, economy, and architectural art, space, and environmental quality.

立面造型及细部处理传承莆田传统民居的造型风格及元素，并运用现代设计手法加以提炼，立求创造富有地域特色的度假酒店建筑形象。

The facade design and detailed processing inherit the style and elements of traditional residential buildings in Putian, and use modern design techniques to extract them, aiming to create a vacation hotel architectural image rich in regional characteristics.
