项目位于秦皇岛市北戴河新区中心片区，紧邻黄金海岸区，自然资源丰富，景观优美，视野开阔。

Project Overview

The project is located in the central area of Beidaihe New Area in Qinhuangdao City, adjacent to the Golden Coast area, with abundant natural resources, beautiful scenery, and broad vision.

园区总体规划采用中国传统建筑院落的空间布局特点，遵循轴线的布局艺术，空间层层递进，体现园区的理性与秩序。功能组织力求分区合理、高效舒适、交通便捷，办公、酒店“主外”，公寓“主内”，围合院落，自成一区，充分满足不同建筑的内在功能需求。

The overall planning of the park adopts the spatial layout characteristics of traditional Chinese architectural courtyards, follows the layout art of the axis, and the space progresses layer by layer, reflecting the rationality and order of the park. The functional organization strives for reasonable zoning, efficient comfort, and convenient transportation, with offices and hotels serving as the "main exterior" and apartments serving as the "main interior", enclosed in courtyards and forming a separate area, fully meeting the internal functional needs of different buildings.

建筑形态运用端庄、大气、沉稳的建筑语言，体现园区的内敛与典雅。建筑表皮利用铝板形成幕墙的精致线条，大面积玻璃与实墙的虚实结合，形成强烈的视觉冲击效果，使得建筑挺拔有力。

The architectural form adopts a dignified, atmospheric, and composed architectural language, reflecting the introverted and elegant nature of the park. The building surface uses aluminum panels to form exquisite lines of curtain walls, and the virtual and real combination of large areas of glass and solid walls creates a strong visual impact effect, making the building stand tall and powerful.

办公楼与酒店通过多功能厅连成一体，综合设计，创造不同层次的室外共享空间，丰富建筑的空间关系，通过层层叠退的室内外空间转换，实现不同的使用需求。公寓充分结合北戴河景观资源，采用大面积落地窗，宜人的空间尺度，创造舒适优雅的空间环境，提升居住品质。

The office building and hotel are integrated through a multifunctional hall, designed comprehensively to create different levels of outdoor shared space, enriching the spatial relationship of the building, and achieving different usage needs through layered indoor and outdoor space conversion. The apartment fully combines the landscape resources of Beidaihe, adopts large area french window and pleasant space scale, creates comfortable and elegant space environment, and improves the living quality.

景观规划因地制宜，运用理性与自由相结合的处理手法，使得院落空间张弛有度，特色鲜明，“院落深深深几许”，令人心旷神怡。

The landscape planning adapts measures to local conditions, and uses the combination of rationality and freedom to make the courtyard space more relaxed, with distinctive characteristics. "The courtyard is deep and deep" is refreshing.
