It covers an area of 76117.47 square meters, approximately 114.18 acres, and the surrounding area is mainly planned for residential use. The base is adjacent to Qiantong Park to the west; The main canal on both sides of the south bank, within a range of 60m, will be constructed into a new regional landscape - the riverside green belt (Baifeng Park); To the east is the International Business District; To the north is the residence of Cai Zhuangzi.
