However, because the original building’s interface did not meet the requirements of the urban planning landscape axis, and the owner’s experimental research and development building had been relocated elsewhere, the function of this building needed to be re-planned and repositioned for various complex reasons. The main structure, originally designed to be completed, has stood at the intersection as a stock asset for many years.
