We envisioned visitors not just consuming a meal, but immersing in an authentic pastoral experience. The interior featured a column-grid framework structure, yet disproportionate window-to-building ratios resulted in poor natural lighting6. Original site conditions included partial voids and makeshift structures, with a staircase leading directly to an outdoor terrace.
