In accordance with the site’s internal condition of sloping from west to east and its environmental characteristics, water is channeled to create landscapes by following the natural topography, embodying the idea of adapting to local conditions. The low-lying area in the middle of the base is planned as a water surface, connecting with the water system on the east side. The core area of the base is adjacent to the water, forming the ecological landscape core of the entire campus. Close by, one can see “rippling blue waves”; from a distance, there is a view of “a vast expanse of blue”.
