In the 1980s and 1990s, Luohu was once a vibrant cultural hub for art and literary creation. Our strategy turns this challenge into an opportunity by creating an art museum fully integrated into the park. A close connection with the local community allows the museum to better fulfill its public education mission, while mixed-use programs serving the district and the city will support the museum operations, making them more sustainable.
