The local government has proposed building a “Future City” benchmarking the world’s top sci-tech innovation bays. The transformation from “park” to “city” implies demands such as industrial upgrading, urban image enhancement, and changes in usage needs. To adapt to the rapid urban development of Taihu Bay Sci-Tech City, this enhancement project will fully renovate the 4.7-kilometer-long road, including the public spaces within the road red line and on both sides along the line.
