2026年4月13日，IEC国际环境建设（北京华城远大国际城市规划产业发展股份有限公司）与北京市北泡轻钢建材有限公司在北京市北泡集团正式签署战略合作框架协议。
On April 13, 2026, IEC International Environmental Construction (Beijing Huacheng Yuanda International Urban Planning Industry Development Co., Ltd.) and Beijing Beipao Light Steel Building Materials Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at Beijing Beipao Group.

Through in-depth exchanges between the high-level officials of both sides, a cooperation consensus has been reached to establish four major cooperation mechanisms: high-level visits, special docking, resource sharing, and risk prevention and control, with a cooperation period of 3 years. Beipao Light Steel leads overseas project development, bidding, and on-site construction management; IEC provides full chain supply chain services, and both parties can jointly bid and complement resources to enhance the competitiveness of overseas projects, and collaborate to provide financial support for projects.
