会企携手拓海外市场IEC 国际环境建设与北京建材行业联合会达成战略合作

近日，北京建材行业联合会、北京水泥行业协会核心领导团队到访IEC国际环境建设开展专项座谈交流，双方围绕建材产业转型升级、优质建材出海赋能、海外项目共建等核心议题深度磋商，成功达成战略合作意向。未来双方将正式签署框架合作协议，依托资源互补、优势互通，助力北京本土建材企业抢抓全球基建红利，打通国产建材出海新通道。

Recently, the core leadership teams of the Beijing Building Materials Industry Association and the Beijing Cement Industry Association visited IEC International Environmental Construction for a specialized discussion. The two parties engaged in in-depth consultations on key topics such as the transformation and upgrading of the building materials industry, empowering the global expansion of high-quality materials, and collaborative overseas projects, successfully reaching a strategic cooperation agreement. In the future, both parties will formally sign a framework cooperation agreement, leveraging resource complementarity and mutual advantages to help Beijing-based building materials enterprises seize global infrastructure opportunities and open new pathways for the international expansion of domestic materials.

北京建材行业联合会会长姚立伟一行介绍了协会产业资源优势。该协会始建于1987年，为枢纽型行业组织，同级合作的有水泥、门窗、墙材、家具、矿业、装饰等多个细分行业协会，汇聚金隅集团、北新建材、东方雨虹、天坛家具等优质建材企业，覆盖全系建筑建材品类，产业基础雄厚。

当前国内建材行业进入转型升级关键期，大量优质会员企业亟需拓宽海外渠道、对接国际项目，与IEC国际环境建设的全球布局、全链条服务优势高度契合，双方合作具备极强的互补性和落地性。

双方同意加强优势互补，联合筹办建材出海推介会、海外项目对接会，常态化开展供需精准匹配；通过IEC国际平台重点推进装配式墙板、特种水泥、新型保温防火材料等装饰材料海外刚需品类出口，同时依托联合会环渤海十一省市协会平台，整合更广范围的优质建材产能资源。此外，双方将深度探索水泥熟料外运、海外中转工厂共建、技术标准输出；借助北京金隅集团金谷智通绿链出海等长期合作模式，构建常态化、深层次的协同发展机制。

Both parties agree to strengthen complementary advantages, jointly organize building materials overseas promotion meetings and overseas project docking meetings, and regularly carry out precise supply-demand matching; Through the IEC international platform, we will focus on promoting the export of overseas essential decorative materials such as prefabricated wall panels, special cement, and new insulation and fireproof materials. At the same time, relying on the platform of the Association of Eleven Provinces and Cities around the Bohai Sea, we will integrate a wider range of high-quality building materials production capacity resources. In addition, both parties will deeply explore the export of cement clinker, the joint construction of overseas transit factories, and the export of technical standards; By leveraging long-term cooperation models such as Beijing Jinyu Group's Jingu Zhitong Green Chain going global, we aim to establish a normalized and deep level collaborative development mechanism.
