The the Pearl River Palm Garden Project is a masterpiece of Hengyang Chuangzhan Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., a famous real estate enterprise. The project is located in the No. 1 plot of the No. 40 block in Hengyang High tech Industrial Development Zone, Hunan Province. This project is located in the High tech Industrial Development Zone of Hengyang City, Hunan Province. The development zone is the political, cultural, and living center of Hengyang in the new era.
