设计理念：
整个项目分为四个区，分别为健康养生区，旅游度假区，教育文化区，配套生活区。四个功能区既相对独立，又相互联系。
Design concept:
The entire project is divided into four areas, namely health and wellness area, tourism and vacation area, education and culture area, and supporting living area. The four functional areas are relatively independent and interconnected.
总体规划布局以道家思想为指导，以太极为核心，以八卦为方位，修建一座八卦城。八卦城中各功能空间按照八卦图分区排布，城区的核心为太极，并在太极的鱼眼位置各建一栋标志性建筑。
The overall planning layout is guided by Taoist ideology, with Tai Chi as the core and the Eight Trigrams as the orientation, to build an Eight Trigrams City. The functional spaces in the Bagua City are arranged according to the Bagua Map, with the core of the urban area being Tai Chi, and a landmark building is built at the fish eye position of Tai Chi.
整个区域以八卦布局，一环八条街、二环十六条街、三环三十二条街。其中一环的八条街作为区域主要道路联系贯通。二环、三环衍生的其它道路以景观道路为主，辅以机动车道路。
The entire area is arranged with eight hexagrams, including eight streets on the first ring, sixteen streets on the second ring, and thirty-two streets on the third ring. The eight streets of the first ring road serve as the main road connections in the region. Other roads derived from the Second Ring Road and Third Ring Road are mainly landscape roads, supplemented by motor vehicle roads.
在空间布局时，除了引入八卦的理念外，又融入“岛”的理念。“岛”，利用区位优势，将水系引入本项目内，形成一个个功能独立的主题岛，勾勒一幅“落霞与鸥鹭齐飞、海河相融共一色”世外桃园的美景。
In spatial layout, in addition to introducing the concept of gossip, the concept of "island" is also integrated. The "island" utilizes its location advantage to introduce the water system into this project, forming independent theme islands with independent functions, outlining a beautiful scenery of an idyllic peach garden where sunset and gulls fly together and the sea and river blend together.
整个园区的绿化配套种植各种中草药，以作绿化、观赏、药用、研究，并衬托出整个项目的文化底蕴。沿各主题“岛”设置不同类型的滨水绿化，营造多变的滨水景观。景观设计时融入中国古典园林造景，借景的手法，以亭台楼阁、假山燧石为语言，打造具有道法自然，天人合一的景观体系。
The entire park is equipped with various Chinese herbal medicines for greening, ornamental, medicinal, and research purposes, highlighting the cultural heritage of the entire project. Set up different types of waterfront greening along each theme "island" to create a diverse waterfront landscape. When designing landscapes, Chinese classical gardens are incorporated into the design, using the techniques of landscape design and using pavilions, pavilions, and rockery as language to create a landscape system that embodies the principles of Taoism, nature, and harmony between heaven and man.
