目标1：

寻找一个自然与人工环境友好的空间发展模式。通过对城市整体空间形态的塑造和景观环境的统筹考虑，力求在中心区的整体与局部都能够创造一个自然环境与人工建筑环境友好的空间发展模式。

目标2：

构建一个能够彰显城市历史文化的空间载体。通过整体性的城市设计，将历史文化资源加以整合，移植，并加以利用，构建一个系统性的空间载体来彰显城市历史文化的魅力。

目标3：

塑造一个能够聚集人气与创造城市活力的舞台。 通过合理的功能定位与规划布局、以及良好的生态环境，吸引更多的人流和活动聚集到此，使该地区成为定安乃至整个海南省最具活力的地区。

目标4：

创造一个具有良好识别性的城市新区域。通过对空间形态的塑造和景观环境的设计，使该地区成为能够给人留下深刻印象与良好识别、认知的地区。

 

Goal 1:

Build a spatial carrier that can showcase the history and culture of the city. By integrating, transplanting, and utilizing historical and cultural resources through holistic urban design, a systematic spatial carrier is constructed to showcase the charm of urban history and culture.

Goal 3:

Create a stage that can gather popularity and create urban vitality. Through reasonable functional positioning and planning layout, as well as a good ecological environment, attracting more people and activities to gather here, making the region the most dynamic area in Ding'an and even the entire Hainan Province.

Goal 4:

Create a new urban area with good recognition. By shaping the spatial form and designing the landscape environment, the area can be made a place that can leave a deep impression and be well recognized and recognized.

生态立省、绿色发展是海南长期坚持的重要发展战略。

①景观长廊：本着绿色发展的原则，本方案将生态多层次的景观营造作为最重要理念之一。“十里长廊”既是一条生产链，一条经济动脉，更是一条绿色长廊。本项目中更是重点沿贯穿南北的景观大道两侧打造了一条景观长廊，创造一条游客通过步行、晨跑、骑马、溜冰、自行车以及观光电瓶车等可畅行于“十里长廊”之中。将重要功能及节点串联起来，并利用一条架空廊桥穿梭于林木之上。

 

① Landscape corridor: Following the principle of green development, this plan regards the creation of ecological multi-level landscapes as one of the most important concepts. The "Ten Mile Corridor" is not only a production chain, an economic artery, but also a green corridor. In this project, a landscape corridor has been built along both sides of the landscape avenue that runs through the north and south, creating a "ten mile corridor" for tourists to walk, run in the morning, ride horses, skate, bike, and sightseeing electric vehicles. Connect important functions and nodes together and use an overhead bridge to shuttle through the trees.

 

 

② 水与岛：居丁河源于南丽湖，蜿蜒流过项目用地，本方案利用高速路200米的退让距离，新增水系，将河湾变成本案的核心岛——“翡翠岛”，并通过对现有沟渠的整合，打造出若干主题岛。例如“威尼斯水城”、“休闲岛”等等。既符合海南“岛”文化，又自然的将主题功能与水岸自然融为一体。

 

② Water and Island: The Juding River originates from Nanli Lake and meanders through the project land. This plan utilizes a 200 meter concession distance on the highway to add a new water system, turning the river bay into the core island of this project - "Jade Island". Through the integration of existing channels, several theme islands are created. For example, "Venice Water City", "Leisure Island", and so on. It not only conforms to Hainan's "island" culture, but also naturally integrates theme functions with waterfront nature.

 

 

③ 翡翠岛：结合生态与养生的主题，令人联想到代表健康与温润的“玉”。玉有五德——“仪”“义”“智”“勇”“洁”，玉的品德又与“文笔峰”的道教文化，以及本案“关公文化园”中关羽的“忠义仁勇”相符合。“翡翠”玉石之冠，以“翡翠城”为名，令“十里长廊”核心岛体现出优雅高贵的品质。

 

③ Jade Island: Combining the theme of ecology and health preservation, it is reminiscent of the "jade" representing health and warmth. Jade has five virtues - "Yi", "Yi", "Zhi", "Yong", and "Jie". Jade's moral character is in line with the Taoist culture of "Wen Bi Feng" and Guan Yu's "loyalty, righteousness, benevolence, and bravery" in the "Guan Gong Cultural Park" of this case. The crown of jade, named "Jade City", embodies the elegant and noble quality of the core island of the "Ten Mile Corridor".

 

 

④玉链：在“翡翠岛”的基理上，伸展出以以生态养生为线索的“玉链”，将各主题岛通过水系贯联起来。又赋予了优雅美好的寓意。即符合“十里长廊”线性的特征，又令游客产生美好的想象与向往，并利于项目的宣传。

 

④ Jade Chain: On the basis of "Jade Island", a "jade chain" is extended with ecological health preservation as the clue, connecting various theme islands through the water system. It also gives an elegant and beautiful meaning. It not only conforms to the linear characteristics of the "Ten Mile Corridor", but also creates beautiful imagination and longing for tourists, and is conducive to the promotion of the project.
