工程概况：

本项目地处昆明呈贡新城雨花片区月角塘，为滇池旅游度假区、高新科技开发区与呈贡新区的交界处（昆明市二环路以外）。往西是滇池旅游度假开发区，昆玉高速公路从中穿越，往南为高新科技开发区。

Project Overview:

This project is located in Yuejiaotang, Yuhua District, Chenggong New City, Kunming, at the junction of Dianchi Lake Tourist Resort, High tech Development Zone, and Chenggong New District (outside the Second Ring Road of Kunming). To the west is the Dianchi Lake Tourist Resort Development Zone, where the Kunyu Expressway passes through, and to the south is the High tech Development Zone.

本项目规划用地770.22亩，净用地约650亩，是呈贡新城理想的居住用地。小区用地分成六块：地块一净用地面积81556.2平方米；地块二净用地面积92132.3平方米；地块三净用地面积74545.7平方米；地块四净用地面积66003平方米；地块五净用地面积62264平方米；地块六净用地面积59619.6平方米。小区南侧月马路宽40米，且道路红线外用地进深最小为150米。

The width of Yuema Road on the south side of the community is 40 meters, and the minimum depth of land outside the red line of the road is 150 meters.

周边有学校，项目自带幼儿园。云大附中附小。云南广播电视大学、云南大学、云南师范大学、云南名族大学、昆明理工大学等。项目内住宅合理，有一定配套基础。
