该项目规划建设尽用地面积45977.33平方米，规划总建筑面积31094平方米，地上计入容积率的建筑面积25069平方米，未计入容积率的建筑面积5887平方米，容积率0.55，建筑密度21.2%，绿地率41.5%，建筑占地面积9767平方米，绿地面积19080.6平方米，铺地、广场面积17129.73平方米。

本项目位于绵阳市仙海旅游度假区核心区域内，毗邻仙海湖，临近亲水湾浴场和雷耀度假酒店，距离市区约10公里。

This project is located in the core area of Xianhai Tourist Resort in Mianyang City, adjacent to Xianhai Lake, near the Qinshui Bay Bathing Beach and Leiyao Resort Hotel, approximately 10 kilometers from the urban area.

项目用地背山面水，临水面较长，水资源优越，具有极为丰富的自然景观。南面为宽阔的仙海湖水域，蜿蜒曲折的带形绿岛环绕水面，形成水湾，具有很强的景观观赏视线。北面紧邻环湖大道，交通便捷。

The project land is backed by mountains and faces water, with a long water front, superior water resources and extremely rich natural landscape. 酒店用地现状地貌成自然状南北向坡地，北高南低。南面山下部分为比较平坦的地块。用地最大高差达29米，相对平缓，局部有10多米高的陡坎。
