设计理念:
1、将主要的商业面临东风路布局,使东风路的商业氛围得到最大化的发挥、延续和提升。
2、公寓及酒店沿东风路布局且主体部分直接落地,使东风路沿线获得高低错落的城市空间形态,将电影厅设于三组团百货商场顶部并沿东风路展开,增加商业氛围。
3、沃尔玛设于二组团地下一层并与三组团购物中心有良好联系,并充分利用地下空间。
4、二、三组团之间的城市道路设计为下部联通的立交关系,在桥面下进行一个开放城市广场,使二、三组团之间获得更好联系和互动。
5、二组团结合内街将楚图南故居有机结合,形成收放有序的城市开放空间,并结合地形特点形成多层次的主体街铺,丰富了城市购物空间环境。
6、在二、三组团之间,建筑做一定的红线退让,形成开放式的城市广场。
7、特别强调的是,本项目商业步行街独特的三首层创新设计,三首层概念的提出,是根据项目用地本身的天然坡度,让东风路、南正街、上条街,这三条城市道路,分别直接连通了步行天街的一层、二层和三层。那么对于每一层街道铺来说,都是铺铺临街的首层商铺,能第一时间聚集人潮和人气。
Design concept:

3. Wal Mart is located on the basement of Group 2 and has good contact with Group 3 shopping centers, and makes full use of underground space.
4. The urban road design between the second and third clusters is an interchange relationship with lower connectivity, and an open urban square is constructed under the bridge deck to facilitate better communication and interaction between the second and third clusters.
5. The combination of the two clusters and the inner streets organically combines the former residence of Chutunan to form an orderly urban open space, and combines the terrain characteristics to form multi-level main street shops, enriching the urban shopping space environment.
6. Between the second and third clusters, certain red line concessions are made in the buildings to form an open urban square.
7. It is particularly emphasized that the unique innovative design of the three first floors of the commercial pedestrian street in this project and the proposal of the concept of the three first floors are based on the natural slope of the project land itself, so that Dongfeng Road, Nanzheng Street and Shangtiao Street, the three urban roads, directly connect the first floor, the second floor and the third floor of the pedestrian street. So for each layer of street shops, they are the first layer of shops facing the street, which can quickly gather crowds and popularity.
