规模定位：

芽溪片区总规划面积为6422400平方米，其中城市建设用地面积为3861300平方米。芽溪片区总建筑面积约为3650000平方米，其中居住建筑约为2550000平方米，市政设施建筑面积约为60000平方米，毛容积率为0.57，净容积率约为1.7。

Scale positioning:

The total planned area of the Yaxi area is 6422400 square meters, of which the urban construction land area is 3861300 square meters. The total construction area of the Yaxi area is approximately 3650000 square meters, including residential buildings of approximately 2550000 square meters, municipal facilities of approximately 60000 square meters, a gross plot ratio of 0.57, and a net plot ratio of approximately 1.7.

规划范围：

规划范围北靠西秀电厂北侧自然山体，南北长约6600米，东西平均宽约1100米。

Planning scope:

The planned area is located north of the natural mountain on the north side of Xixiu Power Plant, with a length of approximately 6600 meters from north to south and an average width of approximately 1100 meters from east to west.

用地现状：

片区内现状用地大部分为山体林地及耕地，其中房屋建设用地总用地面积约为30.77公顷。主要分布在道路两侧，居住用地面积为29.33公顷，主要为田坝村、寨陇、居民安置点。基地内一类建筑较少，二类建筑和三类建筑所占比例较大。

Land use status:

The current land use in the area is mostly mountainous forest land and arable land, with a total area of approximately 30.77 hectares for housing construction. Mainly distributed on both sides of the road, with a residential land area of 29.33 hectares, mainly including Tianba Village, Zhailong, and residential resettlement sites. There are fewer first class buildings in the base, while the proportion of second class and third class buildings is relatively large.

西部高，东部低，最高处为西北部山体，最低处位于芽溪河下游，相对高差达290米。现状内部交通主要是一条南北贯穿的道路，支路依托主干道路成枝状发展。

The western part is high, while the eastern part is low. The highest point is the northwest mountain, and the lowest point is located in the lower reaches of the Yaxi River, with a relative height difference of 290 meters. The current internal transportation is mainly a north-south running road, with branch roads developing in a branched shape relying on the main road.

设计理念：

“龙”是中华民族精神的支柱，这一点在镇远犹于突出，每年端午节都在潕阳河上举行的赛龙舟，吸引了省内外大量的游客。而芽溪片区内又有龙洞，有着众多古老而美丽的传说，且整个牙溪用地也犹如一条腾飞的巨龙。所谓——黔岭初春山花飞，远寨近楼芦笛吹。一缕金阳穿晨雾，水环云绕龙城巍。

Design concept:

The "dragon" is the pillar of the Chinese national spirit, which is particularly prominent in Zhenyuan. Every year during the Dragon Boat Festival, a dragon boat race is held on the Wuyang River, attracting a large number of tourists from both inside and outside the province. In the Yaxi area, there is also a dragon cave with many ancient and beautiful legends, and the entire Yaxi land is like a soaring dragon. The saying goes - in early spring in Qianling, flowers fly on the mountains, and reeds play in distant villages and nearby buildings. A wisp of golden sun pierces through the morning mist, while water and clouds surround the majestic city of dragon.
