Infectious diseases are not only an important public health issue, but also a prominent social issue, receiving increasing attention from the provincial party committee, provincial government, and the people. With the acceleration of industrialization, various pathogenic factors have increased, and traditional lifestyles and disease spectrum are also undergoing changes, with new and sudden infectious diseases occurring from time to time. Therefore, preventing and reducing the occurrence of infectious diseases and improving the health level of the people is an important and urgent task.

省委、省政府历来高度重视我省传染病防治事业发展，近年来，国家大力支持青海等省藏区经济社会发展，省委省政府积极争取实施各类藏区卫生项目，着力推进我省卫生事业健康快速发展。青海省藏区传染病专科医院门诊医技综合楼建设项目是中央藏区专项资金支持我省医疗卫生事业发展的重点项目，总投资6400万元，其中国家投资3200万元，建设工期两年。

In recent years, the state has strongly supported the economic and social development of Tibetan areas in Qinghai and other provinces. The Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government actively strive to implement various Tibetan health projects and focus on promoting the healthy and rapid development of our province's health industry. The construction project of the Outpatient Medical Technology Comprehensive Building of the Infectious Disease Specialized Hospital in Qinghai Tibetan Region is a key project supported by the Central Tibetan Region Special Fund for the development of the medical and health industry in our province. The total investment is 64 million yuan, of which the national investment is 32 million yuan, and the construction period is two years.

5月20日，在漫天的礼花和喧天的锣鼓声中，青海省藏区传染病专科医院门诊医技综合楼正式奠基开工，该项目的实施，对提高我省传染病防治力量，改善患者就医条件具有十分重要的意义。省人大常委会副主任刘春耀，副省长马顺清，省政协副主席陈资全、鲍义志出席奠基仪式，马顺清宣布项目开工。

On May 20th, amidst the sky filled with fireworks and the loud sound of gongs and drums, the foundation of the Outpatient Medical Technology Comprehensive Building of the Tibetan Infectious Disease Specialized Hospital in Qinghai Province was officially laid and started. The implementation of this project is of great significance for improving the prevention and control of infectious diseases in our province and improving patients' medical conditions. Liu Chunyao, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Ma Shunqing, Deputy Governor, Chen Ziquan, and Bao Yizhi, Vice Chairmen of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Ma Shunqing announced the start of the project.

工程概况：

该工程用地面积16636.34平方米，建筑面积16944.58平方米，基地面积1358.39平方米；绿化率43.6%，容积率1.58，建筑密度25.6%，建筑层数：地下1层、地上11层。

本工程为青海省藏区传染病专科医院新门诊医技综合楼，位于青海省西宁市南山东路14号，北临建新巷，东临乐都路，是一所二级甲等综合性医院。综合楼地下1层，地上11层，包括门诊、急诊、医技、住院病房、手术用房、地下车库及设备用房等。

This project is a new outpatient medical technology comprehensive building of the Qinghai Tibetan Infectious Disease Specialized Hospital, located at No. 14 Nanshan East Road, Xining City, Qinghai Province, adjacent to Jianxin Lane to the north and Ledu Road to the east. It is a Grade II Grade A comprehensive hospital.

总建筑面积16944.8平方米；其中地上建筑面积15420.16平方米，地下建筑面积1524.82平方米，总投资6400万余元。本工程自2011年11月设计招标开标，至2012年3月完成方案、初步设计、施工图的设计。

The comprehensive building has 1 underground floor and 11 above ground floors, including outpatient, emergency, medical technology, inpatient ward, surgical room, underground garage, and equipment room. The total construction area is 16944.8 square meters; The above ground building area is 15420.16 square meters, and the underground structure area is 1524.82 square meters, with a total investment of more than 64 million yuan. This project started from the design bidding opening in November 2011 and completed the design of the plan, preliminary design, and construction drawings in March 2012.
