该项目总用地面积485492平方米，规划净用地面积415365平方米，总建筑面积1364120平方米，其中地上建筑面积1078900平方米，地下建筑面积285220平方米，基底面积103442平方米，绿化面积152850平方米，容积率2.60，建筑密度23.9%，绿地率36.8%。

Project Overview:

The project has a total land area of 485492 square meters, a planned net land area of 415365 square meters, and a total construction area of 1364120 square meters, including 1078900 square meters of aboveground construction area, 285220 square meters of underground structure, 103442 square meters of base area, 152850 square meters of green area, 2.60 floor area ratio, 23.9% of building density, and 36.8% of green space ratio.

“溪潭花园” 位于安徽铜陵经济技术开发区，原溪潭村位置。地块呈规整矩形，面积达48.5万平方米，内有东西、南北十字交叉规划道路。

The "Xitan Garden" is located in Tongling Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province, in the original location of Xitan Village. The plot is a regular rectangle with an area of 485000 square meters, and there are planned east-west and north-south intersecting roads inside.

设计中通过各块功能的整合布置、弧形道路的穿插连贯、绿地空间的互相渗透、水系统灵活点缀有效的打破了地块因为内部十字规划道路而形成的单调、呆板的布局，力求营造功能配套齐全、环境优美、具有一定规模的山水园林现代城市居住体。

The design effectively breaks the monotonous and rigid layout of the plot due to the internal cross planning of roads through the integration and layout of various functions, the continuous insertion of curved roads, the mutual infiltration of green spaces, and the flexible decoration of water systems, striving to create a modern urban residential body with complete functional supporting facilities, beautiful environment, and a certain scale of landscape gardens.

由三个功能区组成，分别为南北居住区块（南面为安置房区、北面为商品房区）、社区配套功能服务区、金融商业服务区。

It consists of three functional areas, namely the North South residential area (with resettlement housing area in the south and commercial housing area in the north), the community supporting functional service area, and the financial and commercial service area.

通过入口空间塑造，商业步行街的建筑景观展示，景观带的渗透，广场空间的延伸扩张，将基地的整体品质提升了一大步，商业景观带与景观绿化带巧妙过渡、融合更增添了居住区的人气和空间凝聚力。

By shaping the entrance space, showcasing the architectural landscape of the commercial pedestrian street, infiltrating the landscape belt, and expanding the square space, the overall quality of the base has been greatly improved. The clever transition and integration of the commercial landscape belt and the landscape green belt have further increased the popularity and spatial cohesion of the residential area.
