The project is located in Lingshui perfume Bay, with the purest tropical climate in China, and is an important undertaking place for the expansion and development of Sanya coastal tourist resort. Covering an area of about 6.7975 hectares, it is 72 kilometers away from Sanya, 80 kilometers away from Sanya Phoenix International Airport, 209 kilometers away from Haikou, about 2.5 hours by car, 11 kilometers away from Lingshui County, only 10 kilometers away from the Lingshui railway station of the eastern high-speed railway, and 1 kilometers away from the exit of the eastern high-speed railway. It has excellent image display.
