秀兰青州府位于：青州市花博园路与花博园东侧规划路交叉口。项目为高层板楼。

Xiulan Qingzhou Prefecture is located at the intersection of Huaboyuan Road and Guihua Road on the east side of Huaboyuan in Qingzhou City. The project is a high-rise slab building.

项目概况

规划采用中轴对称式布局，强调规划的逻辑性，打造清晰的景观轴线。地块中央主轴上以多层建筑群依次展开形成一个清晰的中轴线，将地块分成东西两个组团。

Project Overview

The plan adopts a symmetrical layout with a central axis, emphasizing the logic of the plan and creating a clear landscape axis. On the central axis of the plot, a clear central axis is formed by unfolding a multi story building complex, dividing the plot into two clusters, east and west.

西侧组团由八栋板式高层围合出中央大景观空间，建筑通过长板，短板的结合使得空间形态收放有序，东侧组团采用方格网的布局手法，有机的布置八栋洋房。

The western cluster is surrounded by eight high-rise slab buildings to create a central landscape space. The buildings are arranged in an orderly manner through the combination of long and short slabs, while the eastern cluster adopts a grid layout technique to organically arrange eight western-style houses.

整个小区楼栋通过错位布局，使得空间组合内外渗透，最大限度地保证景观优势和居住享受。充分体现“文化、健康、多元、时尚”的新都市生活理念，提高居住品质，打造区域人性化情怀社区。

The entire residential building is arranged in a staggered manner, allowing the spatial combination to penetrate both inside and outside, ensuring maximum landscape advantages and residential enjoyment.
