北京华信医院(清华大学第一附属医院)是集医疗、教学、科研和预防保健为一体的三级综合医院。北京华信医院现有院区建设用地面积约36006平方米,医院现有建筑约71000m²,开放床位760张,日均门急诊量接近约4000人次。
Beijing Huaxin hospital (the First Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University) is a tertiary general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and preventive health care. Beijing Huaxin hospital currently has a construction land area of about 36006 square meters, an existing building of about 71000m2, 760 open beds, and an average daily outpatient and emergency volume of nearly 4000 people.

项目设计范围包括现有院区的规划布局优化调整,新建门诊综合楼项目,以及对原门诊楼功能改造方案设计、对现状病房楼(外科病房楼和内科病房楼)的功能调整建议及设计、院区内管线整体规划及改造设计。
The design scope of the project includes the optimization and adjustment of the planning layout of the existing hospital area, the new outpatient complex building project, the functional transformation scheme design of the original outpatient building, the functional adjustment suggestions and design of the current ward building (surgical ward building and medical ward building), and the overall planning and transformation design of the pipelines in the hospital area.

设计理念
Design concept
一、优化整合、 智慧平台
北京华信医院院区内门急诊楼、医技楼、住院楼、外科楼等设施是随着医院事业的发展,在数十年内逐步发展起来的,本次规划将通过整合的策略,梳理空间结构、重组交通流线、调整与新建功能设施、提升景观系统,整体统筹优化院区空间风貌品质,塑造良好的城市沿街界面,展现医院新形象。同时,通过全新的流程再造、数字平台建设,打造“精综合、强专科”、医教研一体的综合性医院和智慧型健康医疗设施 。
1、 Optimization and integration, smart platform
The outpatient and emergency building, medical technology building, inpatient building, surgical building and other facilities in the hospital area of Beijing Huaxin hospital have gradually developed in decades with the development of the hospital business. This plan will sort out the spatial structure, reorganize the traffic flow line, adjust and newly build functional facilities, improve the landscape system, overall plan and optimize the spatial style and quality of the hospital area, create a good urban street interface, and show the new image of the hospital through integrated strategies. At the same time, through new process reengineering and digital platform construction, we will build a comprehensive hospital and intelligent health and medical facilities that are "refined and comprehensive, strong specialized", and integrated with medical teaching and research.

作为既有院区的改造,必须考虑到新建建筑与现有功能置换的先后顺序,不影响医院的正常运行是本项目实现的前提条件,因此新建门诊综合楼的建筑体量生成,将受到很大的局限,包括现有医技楼、CT楼、设备楼、科教楼等,均需待其功能迁入新建项目后方可拆除。
As the reconstruction of the existing hospital area, the sequence of new buildings and existing function replacement must be considered. It is the prerequisite for the realization of the project that the normal operation of the hospital is not affected. Therefore, the building volume generation of the new outpatient complex building will be greatly limited, including the existing medical technology building, CT building, equipment building, science and education building, etc., which can be demolished only after its functions are moved into the new project.
本项目主体部分位于院区西侧,并需要暂时保留现有医技楼、CT楼;新建项目部分功能尚需待功能置换后,布置在现有外科病房楼与在建内科病房楼,以及院区东南部分。同时,医院位于坝河滨水空间重要节点,新建门诊综合楼与在建内科病房楼将进行立面整体设计,因此新建门诊综合楼的1-2层的北侧体量进行了架空处理,一方面解决了医院入口空间的交通、人流集散问题;同时,上部体量与在建内科病房楼平齐,从而对城市形成同一界面,展示医院新形象。
The main part of the project is located in the west of the hospital area, and the existing medical technology building and CT building need to be temporarily retained; Some functions of the new project need to be replaced, and will be arranged in the existing surgical ward building, the medical ward building under construction, and the southeast part of the hospital area. At the same time, the hospital is located at an important node of the waterfront space of the dam river. The overall facade design of the new outpatient complex building and the medical ward building under construction will be carried out. Therefore, the volume on the north side of the 1-2 floors of the new outpatient complex building has been treated overhead, which on the one hand solves the problems of traffic and pedestrian distribution in the entrance space of the hospital; At the same time, the upper volume is flush with the internal medicine ward building under construction, so as to form the same interface with the city and show the new image of the hospital.

二、流程创新、人文关怀
从组织支持、照护过程、情绪和行为环境、临床护理与研究的伦理、物质空间环境规划等各个层面,全面贯彻人文友好关怀策略。规划尊重医患人员行为、心理、身体机能特点,营造人性化的诊疗康复和工作生活空间。空间处理突出温暖、紧凑、开放、灵活的特点,也要进一步强化对病人、医护、家属等所有使用人群的关怀 。
2、 Process innovation and humanistic care
Comprehensively implement the strategy of humanistic friendly care from all levels, such as organizational support, care process, emotional and behavioral environment, ethics of clinical nursing and research, and material space environment planning. The plan respects the behavior, psychology and physical function characteristics of doctors and patients, and creates a humanized diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, work and living space. The space treatment highlights the characteristics of warmth, compactness, openness and flexibility, and it is also necessary to further strengthen the care for patients, medical care, family members and other users.

3、Tsinghua style and spirit of the times
As the Affiliated Hospital of Tsinghua University, the architecture and environment of the courtyard reflect the space and style elements of Tsinghua campus. With pleasant courtyards, academic red bricks, continuous arcades, and transparency of modernity, it not only continues the cultural tradition of Tsinghua, but also embodies the spirit of the new era of integration, openness, and humanities.
