The project aims to recover an industrial building in a popular neighbourhood in Madrid, which formerly was a car workshop.

这座仓库经过修复改造，场所被提升为一处供邻里互动与聚集的城市空间。项目包含面包店、糕点店与手工食品产品，并设置一处大型聚会区域，可供人们在现场享用这些产品，也可用于举办活动、庆典和展览，从而促进社区凝聚力。
The warehouse is rehabilitated and the place is enhanced as an urban space for interaction and gathering among the neighbours. A program for a bakery, pastry shop, and artisanal food products is included, featuring a large meeting area for consuming these products on-site or for hosting events, celebrations, and exhibitions that contribute to community cohesion.

面包店与公共空间相互融合，使手工制作过程能够被清晰看见；这一切都发生在一个以白色为基本基调、被屋顶大型天窗引入的自然光所浸润的空间中。该天窗同时也用于通风。
The bakery and the public space are integrated with one another, making the artisanal work perfectly visible, all within a fundamentally white space bathed in natural light from a large skylight open in the roof, which also serves for ventilation.

室内采用直接而可持续的建造方式，以最少的资源完成，旨在围绕手工劳作创造一个小型有顶“广场”，供人们聚集。
The interior is resolved with a direct, sustainable construction, using minimal resources, aiming to create a small covered ‘plaza’ for gathering around the artisanal work.

家具由实木和当地大理石制成；基础照明由大型定制折弯金属板线条构成；在空气中轻轻颤动的轻质纸灯，以及手工纺织配饰和即兴艺术，共同融入一种空间性格之中，试图在手工劳作、日常生活与人与人之间的关系之间寻求平衡。
The furniture is made from solid wood and local marble, the basic lighting is crafted from large custom-made folded sheet metal lines, and the light paper lamps that vibrate in the atmosphere, along with handmade textile accessories and improvised art, integrate into a character that seeks balance between manual work, everyday life, and the relationships among people.
