在Eccentric Lenses中，Vincent Leroy将巴厘岛的自然景观转化为一个不断变化的光学场域。这件动态雕塑由一组菲涅耳透镜构成，并随着风的作用不断响应，持续重新框取、切分并错移周围的景象。

 

With Eccentric Lenses, Vincent Leroy transforms the Balinese landscape into a shifting optical field. Composed of a constellation of Fresnel lenses, the kinetic sculpture responds to the wind, continuously reframing, fragmenting and displacing its surroundings.

作品置于巴厘岛茂密的植被与远方山峦之间，透镜为景观引入了一层新的运动关系。每一个构件都围绕一个偏离中心的轴旋转，沿着偏心轨迹运动，使这种运动看起来不像机械式旋转，而更像是在空间中缓慢漂移。装置由风驱动，因此几乎从不完全静止，也不会重复相同的构型。

 

Set against Bali’s lush vegetation and distant mountains, the lenses introduce a new layer of movement into the landscape. Each element rotates around an off-centre axis, following an eccentric trajectory that makes its movement appear less like a mechanical rotation than a slow drift through space. Activated by the wind, the mobile is never entirely still and never repeats the same configuration.

随着透镜移动，透过它们看到的景观也不断发生变化。山脉、稻田、树木与天空被倒置、切分，并被置于出乎意料的邻近关系之中。雕塑之外原本看似稳定的景象因此变得流动起来，从一片透镜转移到另一片透镜，并根据运动、光线以及观看者的位置不断重新组合。

 

As the lenses move, the landscape seen through them is constantly transformed. Mountains, rice fields, trees and sky are inverted, fragmented and brought into unexpected proximity. What appears stable beyond the sculpture becomes fluid, shifting from one lens to another and continuously recomposing itself according to movement, light and the viewer’s position.

Eccentric Lenses探索的是另一种旋转方式——中心被移位，轴线也变得不再确定。每片透镜并不是围绕一个固定点旋转，而是沿着自身的偏心轨迹运动，共同在景观中形成一场整体性的动态编舞。每一片透镜都具有独立性，但组合在一起后，又形成一个统一的动态光学场。

 

Eccentric Lenses explores a different kind of rotation — one in which the centre is displaced and the axis becomes uncertain. Rather than turning around a fixed point, each lens describes its own eccentric movement, creating a collective choreography across the landscape. Individually autonomous, the lenses together form a single kinetic optical field.

作品在透镜精确的几何形式与自然环境不可预测的变化之间建立起对话。风成为一种看不见的协作者，持续激活雕塑，并不断改变人们感知周围景观的方式。

 

The work establishes a dialogue between the precise geometry of the lenses and the unpredictability of their natural environment. The wind becomes an invisible collaborator, continuously activating the sculpture and reshaping the way the surrounding landscape is perceived.

在 Eccentric Lenses中，运动并不仅仅属于雕塑本身。透过菲涅耳透镜不断变化的表面，景观本身也仿佛随之运动起来。

 

In Eccentric Lenses, movement does not belong solely to the sculpture. Through the shifting surfaces of the Fresnel lenses, the landscape itself appears to move.
