俄罗斯莫斯科州代表团到访IEC国际环境建设科技园

2026年11月3日下午，俄罗斯莫斯科州代表团到访中国北京IEC国际环境建设科技园。双方围绕保税区与产业园区建设、装配式建筑与建材跨境供应链、跨境物流等方向，深入座谈，共商合作。

 

On the afternoon of November 3, 2026, a delegation from the Moscow Region of Russia visited the IEC International Environment Construction Science & Technology Park in Beijing, China. The two sides held in-depth talks and explored cooperation across bonded zones and industrial parks, prefabricated construction, and cross-border building-materials supply chains and logistics.

莫斯科州代表团抵达位于北京丰台区集美家居园区的IEC国际环境建设科技园，在IEC创始人、董事长姚建业等陪同下，先后参观集美园区、IEC国际环境建设科技园及8号馆国际供应链展厅，实地考察IEC“设计—建造—供应链—海外落地”一体化服务的综合实力。

 

The Moscow Region delegation arrived at the IEC International Environment Construction Science & Technology Park in the Jimei Home Furnishing Zone, Fengtai District, Beijing. Accompanied by Mr. Yao Jianye, Founder and Chairman of IEC, the delegation toured the Jimei zone, the IEC park and the International Supply Chain Exhibition Hall at Hall 8, gaining first-hand insight into IEC's integrated strength spanning design, construction, supply chain and overseas delivery.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

随后，双方移步9号馆报告厅，正式开启座谈交流。

俄方由全俄中小企业联合会董事会主席谢尔盖·列纳托维奇·鲍里索夫先生率队，莫斯科州谢尔普霍夫“中国保税区”总经理谢尔盖·博里索夫先生、谢尔普霍夫城区杜马主席米哈伊尔·安列克谢依维其·舒力克先生及叶拉娜·卡斯坦丁诺夫娜女士随行。全俄中小企业联合会是全俄中小企业界的代表性行业组织；莫斯科州是俄罗斯重要的工业与经济中心，产业基础雄厚、开放包容。

 

The Russian side was led by Mr. Sergey Lenatovich Borisov, Chairman of the Board of the All-Russian Union of Small and Medium Business, joined by Mr. Sergey Borisov, General Manager of the "China Bonded Zone" in Serpukhov, Moscow Region; Mr. Mikhail Anlexeevich Shulik, Chairman of the Serpukhov City Duma; and Ms. Yelana Kastandinovna. The All-Russian Union of Small and Medium Business is a representative industry organization of Russian SMEs, while the Moscow Region is a major industrial and economic hub of Russia, with a solid foundation and an open, inclusive environment.

 

 

商务部CWTO国际经济贸易委员会会长陈元綵、专家赵宝庆，委员王力刚、唐梓超出席座谈，就中俄经贸合作方向给予指导；霍林敏、张祥曙、夏令生、李予新、赵晓春、吴承宏、李玉春等企业家代表齐聚现场。

 

Mr. Chen Yuancai, President of the CWTO International Economic and Trade Committee under the Ministry of Commerce, expert Mr. Zhao Baoqing, and committee members Mr. Wang Ligang and Mr. Tang Zichao attended the discussion and offered guidance on China–Russia trade cooperation. Business representatives including Huo Linmin, Zhang Xiangshu, Xia Lingsheng, Li Yuxin, Zhao Xiaochun, Wu Chenghong and Li Yuchun also gathered on site.

 

IEC方出席会议人员：创始人姚建业、执行总裁李垒、国际供应链总裁王鹦鹉、项目经理刘正华。IEC国际环境建设深耕建筑全产业链与跨境工程供应链，提供装配式设计施工、建材供应链采购、跨境物流等一站式海外工程配套服务。

 

IEC attendees included Mr. Yao Jianye, Founder; Mr. Li Lei, CEO; Mr. Wang Yingwu, President of IEC International Supply Chain; and Mr. Liu Zhenghua, Project Manager. IEC International Environment Construction focuses on the full building-industry chain and cross-border engineering supply chains, offering one-stop overseas engineering services in prefabricated design and construction, building-materials supply chain procurement and cross-border logistics.

 

 

 

 

 

 

座谈交流  Discussion

 

座谈由IEC国际供应链总裁王鹦鹉主持。姚建业董事长致欢迎词，回顾IEC全球化布局成果，传递携手共赢的信心；陈元綵会长致辞，为双方产业合作指明方向。

 

The discussion was moderated by Mr. Wang Yingwu, President of IEC International Supply Chain. Chairman Yao Jianye delivered a welcome address, reviewing IEC's global achievements and expressing confidence in win-win collaboration, while President Chen Yuancai's remarks set the direction for bilateral industrial cooperation.

 

随后，IEC全面介绍建筑全产业链服务、全球化市场布局、建材供应链采购平台，以及装配式设计施工、跨境物流等一站式海外工程配套能力；俄方代表则分享莫斯科州谢尔普霍夫在保税区、基础设施与产业园区方面的区位优势与合作愿景。

 

IEC then presented its full-chain construction services, global market layout, building-materials supply chain procurement platform, and one-stop overseas engineering capabilities including prefabricated design and construction and cross-border logistics. The Russian representatives shared the locational advantages of Serpukhov, Moscow Region, in bonded zones, infrastructure and industrial parks, together with their vision for cooperation.

 

 

 

 

自由交流环节，双方围绕保税仓共建、装配式建筑技术输出、建材跨境集采平台对接与跨境物流协同等方向坦诚交换意见，就下一步合作路径形成初步共识。

 

During the exchange, the two sides candidly discussed cooperation in joint bonded-warehouse development, prefabricated construction technology transfer, cross-border building-material centralized procurement platform linkage and cross-border logistics coordination, reaching preliminary consensus on the path forward.

 

 合作展望  Outlook

 

此次座谈是中俄双方深化合作、互利共赢的新起点。双方将组建专项对接小组，推动共识落地见效。IEC愿以成熟的工程与供应链体系，携手莫斯科州伙伴，共同书写跨境合作新篇章。

 

This discussion marks a new starting point for deepening China–Russia cooperation toward mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. The two sides will set up a dedicated liaison team to turn the consensus into concrete results. Leveraging its mature engineering and supply chain system, IEC looks forward to joining hands with partners in the Moscow Region to write a new chapter of cross-border cooperation.
