橘郡别墅位于北京市昌平区温榆河畔，二层主体为轻型木结构，外墙采用加拿大原装进口涂料搭配文化石，屋面采用水泥瓦，形成纯正的北美风格。
The Jujun Villa is located on the banks of the Wenyu River in Changping District, Beijing. The second floor is mainly made of lightweight wooden structure, and the exterior walls are made of imported Canadian paint combined with cultural stones. The roof is made of cement tiles, forming a pure North American style.
